Founded in 2022, Paragon Results Group...
provides support services for Officers and Directors serving on nonprofit boards. With our background in parliamentary procedure and board development, we upgrade board member skill levels so they are more effective in their board service.
Nonprofit board members have fiduciary, ethical, and other obligations to serve the community or their members, and there are not enough people properly trained to manage boards efficiently and effectively. Bad board experiences negatively impact a member's desire to serve on another board of directors. We generate positive board experiences! Our focus is delivering Board Acumen and Decorum training to Directors and Officers of nonprofit boards.
Courses and services we provide include:
■ Robert’s Rules of Order and Parliamentary Procedure.
■ Customized trainings based on the organization’s bylaws.
■ Reviews of board meeting minutes and bylaws.
